Shipping policy

We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this. We do make all efforts to ship as soon as possible and at least not later than 2 (working) days. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Items are shipped by postal service PostNL (standard, no track&trace) or by a trusted company such as DHL (including track&trace).

We ship the items in weather-proof packaging to ensure the item gets to you in a perfect condition. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the condition the item has been delivered to you, please contact us at info@fromswedenwithlov.com so we can solve the issue for you.
